ABOUT USFounded in 2022, by Dan Hubbard & businesses, Phuckit Brands, LLC, was conceptualized as a brand holding company to manage and promote products such as coffee, packaged water, beer, wine, surfboards and surf wear, and xxxtream sports products -- the list will grow over time – that uses its profits for philanthropy on scale.
The inspiration: Dan’s wife, Amanda, was really sick in Dec of 2021, and chemo brain and a general intolerance for dumb stuff caused her to say “phuckit” a lot in those last months. Which, for her, was very out of character but also really funny. It led to a personalized t-shirt reading “Phuckit, I have Chemo Brain,” which led to the idea of a company that was intended to shock with comedy and give assurance to those thinking, wanting to say, or saying phuckit for all of the reasons daily life brings.
The first brand to launch was Phuckit Coffee Co. -- "The Not So PC Joe!" -- in October of 2022.
Phuckit Coffee Co has four goals:
1) Keep it humorous -- We all seem to be taking unimportant things a bit too serious lately, while important issues of humanity are slipping by;
2) Maintain direct open, frequent, and enthusiastic lines of communication with our drinkers -- From October 15, '22 to November 11, '22, co-founder Dan Hubbard has had direct communication with hundreds of our "Founding Drinkers" via FB messenger, our website Intercom app, email, and phone. Personal connections have been made, and reasons to think, want to say, or say phuckit have been laughed and cried about. We always want this open dialogue with our drinkers;
3) Deliver high quality fresh roasted coffee, fast -- Every Coffee we sell is the top 10% of all coffees harvested in the world. For all the fun we have with the name, we are serious about our coffee, which is all single origin-farm direct Specialty Coffee cupping between 89 and 96. Even our “Phuckin Pumpkin” blend contains four single-origin Specialty Coffee’s. Orders are processed, roasted, and shipped in gusseted bags 24 hours from purchase. Our drinkers enjoy their coffee 3 to 7 days from purchase; and,
4) Philanthropy on scale -- Our drinkers get to tell us what cause 10% of their purchase’s profits should go to. Additionally, every month -- at least once a month -- we will have sales events where some or ALL of the profits for sales event go to Veteran and Cancer charities.
